Overview
As a native Indonesian from the island of Java our cooking classes are a truly authentic experience in which you will not only learn to cook genuine South East Asian dishes from scratch but also learn more about my Indonesian culture as well as receiving a truly warm Asian welcome. I featured on the BBC James Martin Home Comforts series and am delighted and proud to teach dishes that I have learnt from my mum for you to recreate in your own kitchen. Some may be familiar to you some may not, but I can promise you one thing; all will be show stoppers when you serve them to your friends and family ! So if you are passionate about SE Asian food but perhaps don't have the confidence to cook at home, or can't recreate the flavours from dishes you have eaten on your travels, then do let me help take you to the next level. What To Expect

Day 1
Airport pickup and hotel check-in
Dubai
Our airport representative will pick you up and check you in to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your flight.

Day 2
Dubai City Tour and evening Dhow cruise with dinner
Dubai
Depart from the hotel after breakfast at 9:30am for the Dubai City Tour. See old and new Dubai, from the man-made Palm Jumeirah to the iconic Burj Al Arab and the historic Al Fahidi Fort. Head to the Gold and Spice Souks for the aromas and colors of traditional Arabia. In the evening, board a traditional dhow for a two-hour dinner cruise along Dubai Marina with live entertainment and stunning skyline views.

Day 3
Dubai Frame tour and afternoon desert safari with BBQ dinner
Dubai
Visit the Dubai Frame at 10am for a glimpse of the city's old and new sides from the 150m-high bridge. In the afternoon, head out to the desert for dune bashing, camel rides, and a Bedouin-style camp experience with a BBQ dinner, henna painting, and a live Tanoura dance show.

Day 4
Burj Khalifa tour with Musical fountain show and Dubai Mall shopping tour
The Dubai Mall
At leisure until 4pm, then transfer to The Dubai Mall — home to the world's tallest dancing fountains, an indoor aquarium, and the largest Gold Souk in the world. Ride to the 124th floor of the Burj Khalifa for panoramic views of the city, then enjoy the evening Musical Fountain show before returning to the hotel.

Day 5
Check out and drop to airport
Dubai
Check out and your chauffeur will drop you at the airport. Standard check-out time is 12pm; late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
